Business & Team Licenses
Buy multiple seats in one company account, assign access to named users by email address, and manage renewals and seat changes from one place.
Who This Is For
Small Offices
Start with 5 seats when a small team needs shared company-managed access and keep billing under one company owner.
BIM Managers
Standardise plugin access across the team without asking every employee to place separate orders.
Growing Teams
Start with 5 or 10 seats now and add more later as more users join the workflow.
Enterprise Buyers
Use a quote-based process for larger deployments, procurement support, or multi-product agreements.
How Team Licensing Works
- A company admin purchases a 5-seat or 10-seat plan through the TiMBIM website.
- The company account receives the purchased seat total for that product.
- The admin opens the Team Management page in the account area.
- The admin assigns each seat to a named user by email address.
- That named user can use the assigned seat on all machines where they use the supported software login.
- The admin can later unassign, reassign, or add seats as the team changes.
Team License Features
- One company account for billing and renewals
- One named user email address per seat
- Multi-machine use for the same named user
- Clear view of used and available seats
- Seat reassignment when teams change
- Easy add-on seats for growing teams
Typical Team Examples
5 Seats
Ideal for a small office or SME that wants a company-managed workflow without buying separate licenses for each employee.
10 Seats
Suitable for larger project teams that need a clean named-user licensing model under one billing account.
Larger Rollouts
Use a quote-first workflow for bigger teams, multi-product purchasing, or internal procurement requirements.
Add Seats Later
Start with 5 or 10 seats, then expand the seat pool later when extra users need access.
Need a Different Starting Size?
