How It Works

  1. Open the page and review your active managed license pools.
  2. Check total, assigned, and available seats for the product.
  3. Assign an available seat to the employee email address that should receive access.
  4. Reassign or unassign seats later if the team changes.
  5. Use the add-seats action if your team needs more access than the current pool allows.
  6. The company account keeps billing and renewals while user access stays tied to named-user seats.

This page is intended for company-managed licenses, including products with 1 seat when the company admin should still control assignment.

It shows the purchasing account's team license pools, while assigned users are managed as seat records by email address.
